Your only choice in downtown Louisville is between Jefferson and Liberty Street, on 4th Street. East of downtown there are a few more.

Bardstown Road, in the Highlands, has a doctor close to Cherokee Parkway. Further southeast you’ll find a couple both north and south of Henry Watterson Expressway. Look between Newburg Road and Bardstown Road.
